I can’t wait for my upcoming class at Green Lotus Yoga on July 15th. The last time I presented this class it was so much fun! I shared some of my own experiences communicating with my ancestors and then guided the participants through a meditation to connect with well and healed Ancestral Guides of their own. I heard several participants express some nervousness that they wouldn’t “get anything” from the meditation. But one of the things I do in this class is help participants learn how to tune in, pay attention, and not judge what comes to them. Sometimes we brush things aside as distractions that are actually important communication (That song that keeps playing in your head-is it a distraction or are the lyrics important? That warm feeling on your face-are you nervous or is someone sending you happiness, like sunlight on your face?).

I was so happy that everyone in class experienced a connection. Some people got very distinct symbols, powerful feelings of being loved, or even a name of an Ancestral Guide. It was such a fun evening! If you missed out, maybe you can join us at this next one:
